Give the supplier a usable opening schedule
Measure each visible opening and the available rebate separately. Record width × height for each panel, support on each edge, bead/gasket size, clearance for panel movement, holes and cut-outs, and which face is exposed to sun, occupants and cleaning. A photo of the existing frame beside a dimensioned section can prevent a correctly cut sheet from arriving with no way to retain it.

Match the surface and evidence to the use
Clear solid PC suits a see-through brief; hard-coated PC can be discussed when frequent wiping or touch is expected. Specify cleaners and chemicals, whether UV exposure reaches the panel, and whether the buyer needs a removable panel or a permanently retained one. View a physical sample under the actual lighting before approving colour, reflections and edge finish.

Will a hard-coated PC panel stay clear after cleaning?
