Polycarbonate OEM & Private Label

Custom PC sheet and parts with your approved specification, artwork, labels and repeat-order controls.

Build a polycarbonate sheet or finished-part range under your own brand. SinoPlastix can combine a defined PC specification with buyer part numbers, packaging artwork and repeat-order controls, so the product your customer receives matches the sample and documents you approved. Send us your product brief even if the packaging is still being designed.

A practical OEM launch sequence

  1. Brief: send your intended application, PC requirements, drawing or sample, target market, quantity and artwork status.
  2. Feasibility and quote: we review product and packaging methods together, including any separate tooling, printing or plate costs and minimums.
  3. Approval: agree the material sample, artwork proof, packaging proof, inspection points and the revision that governs the order.
  4. Production and repeat orders: the written order confirms release quantity, production window, label/pack format, documents and how changes will be approved for later batches.

Use the sample together with a written specification. If colour, optical appearance, fit or print placement matters, mark the acceptance criteria and who approves them.

MOQ, lead time and programme terms

The published 100 m² or 1 tonne PC sheet starting point is a planning reference. Custom film, cartons, labels or formed parts can have different setup costs and minimums. The actual price, sample stages, production time and delivery basis depend on the agreed product and packaging complexity; the written quotation controls your order. Common PC test report originals can be requested from sales for the relevant grade or customer standard.

We can also discuss confidentiality, channel arrangements, forecast-based pricing and production planning for a repeat programme. Share the market, expected volume and period you have in mind so the proposal can state the applicable terms.

Questions buyers ask

Can you apply our labels and part numbers?

Yes, we can review your artwork, label fields, barcode format and pack requirements. The approved proof and written order define the final presentation and any separate setup cost or minimum.

Is the PC sheet minimum also the packaging minimum?

Not necessarily. The published sheet starting point is a planning reference; printed film, cartons and labels may have separate setup quantities. We confirm each applicable minimum in the quotation.

Can an OEM programme include confidentiality or channel protection?

Send the market, product, duration and protection you need. Any confidentiality, territory or channel commitment must be specifically agreed in writing; it is not implied by an OEM order.
