Sheet dimensions
Typical quote range: 0.8–20 mm solid sheet. Common widths include 1,220, 2,050 and 2,100 mm; cut length and custom width are reviewed for the production run.

Appearance and surface
Clear, bronze, opal white and custom colours; smooth, frosted, matte or textured finishes. Choose a physical sample for colour, glare and visible surface quality.

Supply format
Order flat sheets, cut panels or CNC-finished parts. Send the drawing revision, holes, edges, bends and inspection points when the finished shape matters.

The light-transmission value applies to a clear 3 mm sheet; the notched impact result uses a 3.2 mm specimen. Ask sales for the original report covering the offered grade and your required method.

Solid identifies the continuous construction; clear, coloured and functional grades specify its appearance or performance. Multiwall is the hollow structure for a different roof and insulation decision.
Sheet supply or finished panels?
For flat sheets, tell us the grade, thickness, width, length, colour and total quantity. For finished panels, add the CAD/PDF drawing, revision, critical dimensions, holes, bends, edge finish and count per part. Ask for separate sheet-supply and CNC-finished lines in the quotation so cutting yield, machining and inspection are easy to compare.
For equipment guards, include the machine risk assessment, expected impact and assembly drawing. A sheet-property result does not qualify the complete protective system. For outdoor glazing, state the exposed face, frame, loads and applicable project standard.
What to send for a useful quote
- Product: flat sheet or finished part; clear, coloured or another required finish.
- Dimensions: target thickness, sheet size or drawing revision, plus critical tolerances.
- Use conditions: indoor/outdoor exposure, UV side, cleaning or impact conditions, and any required standard.
- Commercial scope: quantity, destination, packing and target date; request a sample or grade-matched report original if needed.
Our Jiangsu production site for the current PC range is at No. 12, 225 Huajin Road, Tong’an Town, Suzhou High-tech Zone, Jiangsu, China. The operation has seven extrusion lines, 20,000 tonnes of annual sheet capacity and 22 CNC machining centres. Is solid PC or multiwall better for my project?
Solid PC suits flat transparent panels and fabricated parts where visibility and impact resistance matter. Multiwall has internal air spaces for lighter daylighting roofs and insulation. Compare both against your frame, appearance and load needs.
Can you cut or machine solid PC to a drawing?
Yes. Send a CAD or PDF drawing, grade, thickness and quantity. We can quote sheet supply and cutting or CNC processing together; the drawing review determines achievable tolerances.
Can I approve colour and request documents before ordering?
Ask sales for a grade sample and the common test-report original relevant to your specified standard. The final appearance and report should match the grade in the written offer.
