This sequence is a practical RFQ and approval checklist, not a claim that every order receives the same inspection frequency or certificate. Agree those details in the quotation. SinoPlastix holds original reports for commonly requested tests, and sales can supply applicable originals privately; a report must match the offered grade, thickness, specimen and method before it is used for approval.

Example: what a clear PC panel order should specify

For an illustrative 3 mm clear solid PC panel cut to 1,200 × 800 mm, do not write only “good quality” in the PO. Identify the finished size and approved drawing revision, the dimensions that affect frame fit, the visible-face acceptance sample, film orientation, packing/part ID and any required optical method. If light transmission is an acceptance criterion, state the method and result required for your offered grade; a different clear-sheet report or a material photograph is not enough. If there are holes or slots, mark their datums and required checks on the drawing.

Ask which original material report applies to the quoted grade and which production or inspection identifiers can be linked to the delivered batch. If the part forms a machine guard, glazing unit, roof or electrical assembly, the integrator must also approve the installed system; a sheet report does not do that job.

What quality information belongs in a cut-panel drawing?

Mark the drawing revision, finished width and length, critical hole or slot datums, viewed face, edge condition and any fit sample. Agree the measuring method, acceptable limits and first-part check in the written quotation.

How can we trace a shipment if a problem appears?

Keep the order and part IDs, package labels, batch or lot reference where provided, delivery record, photos and the approved drawing revision. Ask sales for the record links agreed for the quoted order.
