About SinoPlastix

Need custom polycarbonate sheet or machined PC parts? Our Jiangsu operation combines extrusion and CNC fabrication. Send a drawing, dimensions or application brief for a practical route and quotation.

Discuss your PC project Explore PC materials

One factory for sheet and finished parts

Our operation has seven extrusion lines with 20,000 tonnes of annual sheet capacity and 22 CNC machining centres. That gives buyers one place to discuss the sheet specification and the cut or machined part it must become. We manufacture polycarbonate and acrylic sheet; PC grades and fabrication options are selected for each order.

For a distributor, we can discuss repeatable sheet specifications, packing and order volumes. For a fabricator or OEM, we can start from the drawing, identify machining needs and agree how the finished piece will be checked. If your project is still at material-selection stage, tell us what the part needs to do rather than guessing a grade from a catalogue.

Where the sheet is made

The production and warehouse photographs on this page show the SinoPlastix production site at No. 12, 225 Huajin Road, Tong’an Town, Suzhou High-tech Zone, Jiangsu, China. Buyers arranging a visit or supplier onboarding can use that address to discuss the production site with our sales team.

For your order, ask us to confirm the legal seller, payment beneficiary, production site and inspection contact in the written quotation. That gives your purchasing team a clear route from the product sample to the company responsible for delivery. Send the brief to sales@sinoplastix.com or use the PC enquiry form.

From application to shipment

  1. Tell us the job. Share the application, dimensions or drawing, colour or finish, quantity, destination and any required standard.
  2. Choose the construction. We discuss the PC grade, sheet format and any coating, diffusion, colour or machining requirement that affects the result.
  3. Approve the commercial plan. The quotation sets out the specification, quantity, production window, inspection points and agreed shipping basis.
  4. Check and receive. Production and inspection follow the approved order; ask sales for the relevant test-report originals or order records your team needs.

Custom polycarbonate specifications are available. The production window and price depend on grade, geometry, finish, tooling and quantity, so figures elsewhere on this site are planning references until confirmed in a written quotation. Technical support that helps you specify the right sheet

SinoPlastix has six PhD-qualified specialists and 23 patents. Our technical staff can discuss material and process choices for optical, surface, electrical and other functional PC grades. Start with the performance your part needs: light diffusion for an LED cover, a controlled surface for handling, or a particular impact or fire requirement. We can then discuss an appropriate construction and the test evidence for that grade and thickness.

Common test-report originals can be requested from our sales team. A report should be matched to the specified product and test method; it is most useful when you include the standard, grade and thickness in your inquiry. Our quality page explains the inspection workflow.

See the operation and make the next step easy

The photographs below show sheet stock, workshop machinery and sections of a sheet-processing line at the Jiangsu operation. They give you a view of the working environment; ask for a current product sample when appearance or fit is critical. We can discuss packaging and documents for your destination in the quotation.

Ready for a useful answer? Send a drawing, a target specification or even a short application description. Include the estimated quantity and destination if known; if not, tell us what you are still deciding.

Questions buyers ask

Do you manufacture polycarbonate sheet or source it from other factories?

SinoPlastix extrudes sheet at its Jiangsu operation and offers CNC cutting and machining in the same manufacturing workflow. Share your target grade and drawing so we can confirm the production route for your order.

Can you make a custom thickness, colour, finish or CNC part?

Yes. Polycarbonate products are made to order across custom specifications. Send the target dimensions, quantity, finish and application; a drawing or approved sample helps us confirm the construction, tooling and inspection plan.

Can I request test reports before placing an order?

Yes. Common polycarbonate test-report originals are available through our sales team on request. Tell us the grade, thickness and standard your project requires so we can send the relevant report and confirm whether your exact order needs additional testing.

How long will production take?

Published lead times are average planning references. The written quotation confirms the production window for the chosen grade, finish, tooling, CNC work and quantity.

What should I send for a useful first quote?

Send the product or application, thickness and sheet size or drawing, colour or finish, estimated quantity, destination and any test or packaging requirement. If you are still choosing a grade, describe the operating conditions and ask us to recommend an option.
