Coloured Acrylic Sheet
Transparent, translucent and opaque colours matched to Pantone, RAL or your sample.
Specify tinted, opal or opaque PC sheet around the colour your customer will actually see.
Coloured polycarbonate sheet made to the look your project needs. Choose a transparent tint to keep a view, a translucent or opal colour to soften it, or an opaque finish for a solid face. We can quote custom sheet specifications and CNC-finished panels.
Start with a physical reference, Pantone/RAL target or photo, then tell us the ordered thickness, finished size, lighting and quantity. We will propose a production sample for your approval before the colour becomes the repeat-order reference.

Typical solid-sheet quote range: 0.8–20 mm. Common flat-sheet widths include 1,220, 2,050 and 2,100 mm; colour, usable width and cut length are confirmed for your custom run.
Clear, opal white, bronze, smoke grey, blue and green are useful starting families. Send a reference for a custom shade; a name or screen colour alone is not an approval sample.
Quote flat sheet, cut panels or CNC parts. Identify the viewed face, edge appearance, UV exposure and drawing revision.
These are product-family starting options, not live inventory or one optical specification. Colour changes light transmission; grade, thickness, finish, quantity, price and lead time are fixed in the written quote.
Use when you need colour and a view through the panel. Check the real background and the ordered thickness.
Use when you want softened light or a pale surface. Compare both sides in daylight and when backlit.
Use for a strong solid-colour face. Compare the face, cut edge and adjoining panels under the final light.
For a melt-coloured sheet, pigment runs through the material, so a cut edge carries the colour too. The main photo shows layered coloured PC samples and their edges; it is not a calibrated colour reference. If your project needs a specific surface coating or film instead, say so; the construction and handling requirements differ.
A Pantone or RAL code is a useful brief. A physical sample of an existing panel is better when a close replacement matters, because lighting, thickness and background can shift the appearance. Review the proposed sample beside the real installation material and record the approved colour for production.
We can discuss clear, opal, green, blue, grey, brown and custom references, with final shade and format set in the quotation. A transparent blue at one thickness may appear darker at another. For a daylight privacy finish that is driven by surface texture, compare frosted PC; for hiding LED points, choose a diffuser grade; for an untinted view, see clear PC.
A screen image or code is a useful starting point, but a production sample is the buying reference. For a replacement panel, put our proposed sample beside the existing piece and judge it at the ordered thickness, with the same backing and under the lighting the customer will actually use.
Record the approved physical piece, transparent/translucent/opaque target and viewing distance.
Record daylight, indoor or backlit condition, the background colour and viewed side.
Record thickness, face finish and whether colour is through the sheet, coated or filmed.
Keep the sample ID and drawing revision; agree a measurement method and tolerance if a numeric colour limit is needed.
The product photos below show real PC sheet samples from the SinoPlastix production archive. A photograph can show the range of appearances but cannot approve a colour match on your screen. SinoPlastix can quote custom PC colour and CNC-finished parts using its seven extrusion lines and 22 CNC machines; the approved physical sample and written order control your shade, format, price and production window.
We will turn that brief into a sample and a written offer. Custom colour matching and fabrication affect production time and cost; sitewide average lead times and prices are reference points until the exact order is quoted. Common test report originals can be requested from sales for the selected specification.
Request a coloured PC sample and quote
Yes, we can use a colour code as a starting target. For the closest practical match, send a physical reference and approve a sample in the intended thickness and lighting before production.
No. A thicker optical path can make a transparent tint look deeper, and background lighting changes the impression. Approve the colour at the ordered thickness and with the final installation light.
Melt-coloured options carry pigment through the sheet, so the cut edge is coloured too. A coated or filmed construction is different. We will identify the offered construction in the quotation.
It can. Matching, formulation, quantity, thickness and sheet format affect the quotation. Published production windows and prices are planning references; the written offer confirms your actual order.
