What to put in your first PC RFQ

  1. What you need: sheet or finished part, intended use, required grade or function, and any test standard your buyer specifies.
  2. Each line item: thickness, width and length, colour or finish, quantity, and any drawing or critical tolerance.
  3. Order plan: trial quantity, repeat volume if known, destination, preferred delivery term and target receipt date.
  4. Approval needs: physical sample, test report original, inspection record, packaging or label format.

If you do not know the grade yet, describe the operating conditions and the performance your customer needs. Our team can propose a quotable specification; you do not need to invent a material code before contacting us. For product selection, browse the PC sheet range.

How the starting quantity works

The published guide of 100 m² or 1 tonne is a planning start, not a fixed minimum for every PC grade, colour, size or mixed order. List each specification separately. We check the applicable quantity, production route, approvals and shipment combination, then confirm them in the written quotation. Published lead-time and price examples are averages; custom complexity and current production load determine the order-specific offer.

What the written offer should make clear

Before ordering, check the identified PC specification, quantity per item, approved sample or drawing revision, unit and total price, production start point, estimated dispatch window, packing, Incoterm with named place, and any included test or inspection documents. The quotation also identifies the contracting entity and payment beneficiary. Common PC report originals are available through sales for the relevant grade and requirement; they are not displayed on this site.

Questions buyers ask

Can I enquire before deciding the exact PC grade?

Yes. Send the application, operating conditions, dimensions, quantity and required performance. We can help define the grade and any sample or report check needed before quoting the final specification.

Can several PC items share one shipment?

List each grade, size and quantity as a separate line item. We will check each applicable production minimum and whether the finished items can be packed and shipped together.

Are the published minimum and lead times guaranteed?

No. They are planning references. The written quotation confirms the minimum, production start point, expected dispatch window and delivery scope for your exact order.
