Clear Acrylic Sheet
Clear acrylic for displays, signs and glazing; confirm grade-specific transmission, UV exposure and surface finish.
Clear polycarbonate for optical and impact-sensitive parts; confirm transmission and impact grade at the specified thickness.
Clear polycarbonate sheet for panels you need to see through. Use it for machine view panels, protective screens and transparent fabricated parts when visibility and impact resistance both matter. We supply made-to-order flat sheet, cut panels and CNC parts.
For a quick, useful quote, send the finished size or drawing, target thickness, quantity and whether the panel is used outdoors or cleaned frequently. We can propose a grade, arrange a sample and confirm the matching report original on request.

0.8–20 mm is a typical flat solid-sheet quote range. Common widths include 1,220, 2,050 and 2,100 mm; the actual usable width, cut size and thickness are confirmed for the production run.
A representative clear 3 mm flat-sheet grade has 89% light transmission under ISO 13468-1. Check the value and visual sample for the grade and thickness offered to you.
Choose an uncoated clear surface, or ask about UV protection, hard coat or anti-fog treatment. We can quote cut-to-size, holes, edges and CNC machining against a drawing.
These are product-family and representative-grade references, not a stock list or universal acceptance limits. Your written quote identifies the selected grade, dimensions, finish, price and production window for this custom order.
For general transparent guarding or glazing, start with the 3 mm transmission reference and an ordered-thickness sample. If haze, distortion or a tight thickness tolerance is critical, specify an optical-grade clear PC enquiry. The more demanding figures below describe that separately selected product route and must be confirmed for the offered grade; they do not apply automatically to all clear PC sheets.
| Property | General clear sheet reference | Optical-grade route to request |
|---|---|---|
| Light transmission | 89% at 3 mm; ISO 13468-1 | 89–91% at 3 mm; ASTM D1003 reference range |
| Haze | Agree a target and approve the sample at the ordered thickness | <0.5%; ASTM D1003 reference, subject to grade confirmation |
| Thickness | Typical flat-sheet quote range 0.8–20 mm | Source optical-grade range 0.5–15 mm; ±0.05 mm listed for that route, confirm achievable tolerance by size and order |
| Surface | Uncoated clear; UV face and sample as specified | Hard-coat or anti-fog options require a separate process and acceptance criteria |
What the figures mean for your order: decide which property is an acceptance requirement, then ask sales for the original report matching the proposed grade and thickness. A sheet transmission or haze result does not certify a finished guard, skylight or lens assembly.
| Your use | Specify first | Useful next step |
|---|---|---|
| Machine view panel | Impact case, cleaner/coolant, opening and support drawing, required standard | Compare clear sheet and hard-coated PC if repeated cleaning will obscure the view. |
| Outdoor clear infill | Exposed face, UV protection, frame, thermal movement and drainage | Request grade-specific weathering evidence and a sample; assess the installed assembly. |
| Display or inspection part | Appearance reference, finished dimensions, holes, edges and critical tolerances | Send CAD/PDF drawing for a cut or CNC-finished quotation. |
| Optically demanding part | Required transmission, haze, thickness tolerance and viewing geometry | Ask whether the optical-grade sheet route and processing can meet the finished-part criteria. |
Start with clear PC when impact exposure and fabrication matter more than the hardest everyday surface. Compare clear acrylic when display clarity and surface appearance lead the decision. Either way, review actual-thickness samples under the lighting and cleaning conditions your panel will see.
For guarding or code-controlled glazing, send the mounting detail and project requirement with your enquiry. Sheet properties alone do not qualify the full installed system.
Need a finished clear structure rather than sheet? Domevora polycarbonate domes, the SinoPlastix dome brand, are curved solid-panel shells on an aluminium base for gardens, restaurants and glamping sites.

Our Jiangsu production site operates seven extrusion lines and 22 CNC machines. Common test-report originals can be requested from sales. Your SinoPlastix quotation confirms the grade, specification, document scope, price and delivery for the order.

Clear PC and glass can both provide a transparent view, but transmission depends on the selected grade, thickness and finish. Compare samples and the applicable data for your project. For a guard or roof, have the full mounted assembly checked against the required impact and safety conditions.
Untreated sheet can weather or yellow outdoors; timing depends on exposure and grade. For a UV-protected grade, request current weathering data and its light-transmission test conditions. For external use, review UV protection, protected-face orientation and exposure requirements.
We supply extruded clear PC sheet for glazing, guarding and fabricated panels. If your part has a lens-level optical requirement, send the drawing and tolerance target so we can confirm whether sheet processing is a suitable route.
