Polycarbonate Sheet Distributor Programme

Build a PC sheet range for your market with samples, a written trial quotation and a repeat-order plan.

Stock a polycarbonate range that fits your customers, then grow it with an extrusion and fabrication supplier you can brief directly. SinoPlastix works with established sheet distributors, fabricators and building-material suppliers. Tell us your market and the grades you already sell; we will help define a trial mix, samples and a written supply proposal.

What a distributor can source

Range Typical buyer need Agree for your market
Solid PC sheet Clear or coloured glazing, guarding and fabrication stock. Thickness, dimensions, colour, surface protection and cut sizes.
Multiwall PC sheet Lightweight roofing and daylighting stock. Structure, thickness, width, UV side, accessories and packing.
Functional PC grades Diffusion, flame-retardant, anti-fog or hard-coated projects. Required performance standard, test-report scope, sample approval and forecast.
Made-to-order supply Cut, machined or buyer-branded PC parts and sheet. Drawing, tolerances, artwork, minimums and repeat-order revision.

This is a custom supply programme. Share the stock sizes and grades that move in your market; a smaller, well-chosen starting range is more useful than a catalogue you cannot sell. The polycarbonate range and OEM programme show the separate product and branding options. See the trade overview for the full ordering path.

How we build the first order

  1. Market brief: tell us your territory, customer types, current PC sales, target applications, grades, preferred sheet sizes and destination port.
  2. Range and samples: we review the proposed mix and supply samples for appearance, colour and fit checks. Request the relevant common test-report originals from sales when your buyers need documentation; see quality and inspection for the production-control approach.
  3. Written quotation: we confirm specification, quantity, packing, Incoterm, price and estimated production window for the actual mix. Published MOQ and lead-time figures are planning averages; complexity and order composition determine the final terms.
  4. Trial and repeat: after sample approval, agree inspection points and a trial order. Use sell-through feedback and a realistic forecast to plan repeat stock and any expanded range.

For an initial PC sheet enquiry, the published 100 m² or 1 tonne starting point is a reference, not a universal minimum for every grade or packing method. We will confirm the applicable minimum and any mixed-load options in your quotation. See MOQ, lead time and shipping for the variables behind the estimate.

Support and commercial terms

We can help your team compare PC grades, review drawings or application requirements, arrange product samples and identify which common reports fit the specified product. Engineering questions need the actual span, load, support, climate and applicable design standard; a sheet thickness cannot be promised from span alone. Your local sales and installation advice remains your responsibility.

Pricing tiers, payment, marketing support, customer referrals and any territory or channel arrangement are discussed against the product range, forecast and responsibilities. If you need exclusivity or lead routing, state the country, product scope, period and volume commitment so both parties can negotiate explicit written terms. No territory right or referral guarantee follows from an enquiry or trial order.

Send a distributor brief

  • Company website, country/territory, existing customer channels and PC products currently sold.
  • Target grades, sheet sizes, first-order quantities and an honest repeat-order estimate.
  • Destination, preferred Incoterm, packing needs and any required technical documents.
  • Questions about samples, branding or territory terms.

Distributor questions

Do I need to buy a container to start?

Not necessarily. Send the grades, sizes and trial quantity you need. The published 100 m² or 1 tonne PC sheet starting point is a planning reference; the actual minimum, packing and freight economics are confirmed for your mix in a written quote.

Can we have an exclusive territory?

We can discuss it when the product scope, territory, period and volume obligations are clear. Any exclusivity or customer-referral arrangement exists only if both parties agree it in writing.

Can you supply our own brand and technical documents?

We can review your artwork, labels and packing as a separate OEM brief. Common test-report originals are available from sales on request; confirm the grade, thickness and standard needed by your customer.
