Request a Quote
Send your sheet or part requirements, or upload a drawing. Share material, dimensions, quantity and destination to start an order-specific quotation.
Need a price for polycarbonate sheet or a CNC-finished part? Send the dimensions, quantity and destination you have. A drawing or reference photo is useful, but you can start with a short description if the specification is still open. We will help turn it into a workable sheet or part specification and written quote.
Already have a drawing? Attach a DXF, DWG, STEP, IGES, PDF or image below. For a large file, email a download link to sales@sinoplastix.com. Include a target delivery date if timing matters.
What to put in a PC sheet enquiry
You do not need every answer before contacting us. These details let us price the right product and avoid a second round of specification questions:
- Product and use: solid, multiwall, diffuser, frosted, coloured or a functional PC grade; where and how the sheet will be used.
- Size and quantity: thickness, width and length or finished-part drawing, estimated order quantity, and whether pieces must be cut from full sheets.
- What must stay fixed: colour reference, UV side, coating, fire or other required performance, critical tolerances and any approved drawing revision.
- Delivery: country or port, preferred FOB/CIF/DDP basis if known, packing needs and target date.
- Evidence: name any grade- and thickness-specific test report or inspection record your project needs. Common original reports can be requested from sales and matched to the quoted grade; they are not posted publicly.
For a custom PC product, send the specification you actually need. Available custom specifications and their production route are reviewed against the drawing; the written offer confirms the applicable order minimum, price and lead time. Published production windows are planning averages, with the actual schedule depending on complexity.
A short example you can copy
We need clear solid polycarbonate sheet for machine guards, 6 mm × 1220 mm × 2440 mm, about 100 m², delivered to Hamburg. Please quote the specified sheet as Option A. If there is a practical alternative that changes the price, list it separately as Option B and explain every change. Please confirm the UV side, packing, available grade-specific report, production lead time, FOB and CIF totals, and sample option. Our design team will provide the applicable guard standard and impact conditions; a sheet test alone does not approve the assembled guard. Drawing revision A is attached.
This is an example enquiry, not an offered stock grade, price, guaranteed lead time or test result. If your project has no drawing yet, describe the application and the dimensions you know; we can tell you what is needed for a firm quote.
What happens after you send it
- Specification review. Sales checks the requested material, drawing and quantity. If a tolerance, colour, surface side or test scope is unclear, we ask before final pricing.
- Written comparison. The quote states the offered grade and dimensions, quantity basis, price, production window, packing and delivery term. Alternatives are identified separately so you can compare like for like.
- Sample or document request. Ask for a sample or an applicable original test report. Sales confirms the format, report scope and any sample or courier cost before dispatch.
- Order check. Confirm the legal seller, payment beneficiary, specification revision and acceptance terms in the quotation or contract before payment.

The operation has seven extrusion lines, 20,000 tonnes of annual sheet capacity and 22 CNC machining centres. These factory capability figures do not promise the price, test result or lead time of a particular custom order. Confirm the legal seller and payment beneficiary in the written quote. See the factory and company background or compare how wholesale PC quotations are built.
