Laser cutting is not a default method for PC because heat can discolor or stress an edge. We choose the method after reviewing the grade, thickness, visible edge and volume. A single tolerance cannot be promised across a saw-cut blank, a formed surface and a CNC-finished hole.

What our drawing review returns

Material route: offered PC grade, sheet thickness, finish/treated side and evidence needed for the intended environment.
Process route: nesting, cutting, drilling, routing or forming sequence; tooling or sample needs; any drawing feature that may need revision.
Acceptance plan: critical dimensions, datums, measurement conditions, first sample or first-article checks, visual edge and packing requirements.
Commercial offer: quantity and yield assumptions, applicable MOQ, price, production schedule and delivery basis for the actual part.

Our Jiangsu site has 22 CNC machines. The published ±0.1 mm CNC capability is a reference for suitable features, not an all-part promise: feasibility depends on PC grade, thickness, geometry, clamping and the measurement method. The quotation and approved drawing must state which features and conditions the tolerance covers.

Send a quote-ready PC fabrication package

Attach DXF, DWG, STEP, IGES or a dimensioned PDF. Include drawing revision, quantity, sheet grade or performance target, thickness, finished dimensions, critical features, visible faces, edge finish, coating/UV side, cleaning or operating environment, packing and destination. If you have an existing part, send photos and a sample. We can supply custom PC specifications; price and lead time depend on process complexity and are confirmed in the written offer.

Example of a useful note on a drawing: “Four mounting holes are critical to fit; outside outline is cosmetic. Keep protective film on the viewing face. Confirm hole positions from datum A/B and show an approved first sample before batch production.” This is a drawing-annotation example, not a completed order or guaranteed tolerance.

Questions buyers ask

Can you fabricate PC parts from my drawing?

Yes. Send the drawing revision, PC grade or use conditions, thickness, quantity and critical dimensions. We review a suitable cutting, drilling, routing or forming route and confirm the offered process in writing.

Is ±0.1 mm available on every PC part?

No. It is a published CNC capability reference for suitable features, not a blanket tolerance. Material, thickness, geometry, fixturing and measuring method determine what can be quoted for a specific drawing.

What do you need to approve a first sample?

Identify the critical fit features, datums, appearance and edge conditions, grade/treated side and test or inspection method. Compare the sample with the approved drawing before releasing the batch.
